Here's my favorite back carry with a wrap. I made a couple different versions of this video and am not really happy with any of them, but Little E is NOT patient, so I give up!!
As you may notice, I had to bribe him with a NewmanO cookie to get him to cooperate!

Great carry! I like the length of your wrap. The one I bought is way too long for my frame. What kind of wrap are you using in the video?
Thanks!! The wrap is a Didymos Pfau that has been dyed blue. It's about 4.1 meters long. I have a small frame and a 4.1 or 4.2 is great for back carries for me. And that's a versatile size without being too much wrap. :)
Okay, just found your blog this evening as I am looking for babywearing advice! Just did my first back carry this evening, and am in AWE at your video. How easily you can get a kid onto your back! I bow before you.
I promise I will read more of your blog, but can you please hope over to mine for an instant and offer any advice? I would really appreciate it. A lot! (existere.wordpress.com0
This is a really helpful video to me, it's like being shown how in person. That's great since there's no babywearing group that I know of in my area and it's rare to come across anyone who does it. I'm following your blog now. :)
I'm a small frame like you and just ordered my first wrap without really thinking about the possibility of it being too long... it's a 4.7 Have you tried wraps this length before?
Hi Nedra! 4.7 is great size because you should be able to do every carry with it! I've had many wraps that size and i would definitely recommend one for an average sized person with a baby under one year. Now that my youngest is almost 2 i'm not using that size much as i did in the past. Babywearing evolves as your baby grows of course and become more independent. :)
